You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Accounts
- Authentication is handled exclusively through Google Sign-In.
- We collect only your Google account name and email address to create and maintain your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity under it.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
3. Business Owner Rights and Program Management
Each business operating on Loyaloo has complete authority and discretion over their loyalty program.
Business owners may, at any time, with or without notice, and with or without reason:
- Add, remove, or adjust customer points balances
- Modify, suspend, or terminate customer accounts
- Ban or restrict users for improper use, suspected fraud, abuse, or any other reason
- Cancel, modify, or terminate promotions, rewards, or loyalty programs
- Revert points, transactions, or redemptions
- Change program rules, terms, or reward values
- Remove customer data from their business account
Loyaloo acts solely as a platform provider. We are not responsible for:
- Any actions, decisions, or policies implemented by individual business owners
- Disputes between customers and businesses regarding points, rewards, or account management
- Loss of points, rewards, or account access due to business owner actions
- Changes to loyalty program terms made by business owners
By using Loyaloo as a customer, you acknowledge that all loyalty program benefits are granted at the sole discretion of the business owner and may be modified or revoked at any time. Loyaloo has no control over and assumes no responsibility for individual business loyalty programs.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Subscription plans and pricing are listed on https://loyaloo.app.
- All payments are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including service interruptions or account issues.
- We may modify pricing, features, or plans at any time without prior notice.
5. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
We are not responsible for data loss, downtime, or issues caused by external systems or third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loyaloo, its owners, and affiliates are not liable for any damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to your account at any time, with or without cause, and without liability.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.

For customers participating in business loyalty programs:
Loyaloo acts as a data processor. Each individual business owner operating on the Loyaloo platform is the data controller for their loyalty program and customer data.
- Business owners are solely responsible for compliance with GDPR, data protection laws, and regulations in their jurisdiction
- Business owners determine what customer data is collected, how it is used, and how long it is retained
- Business owners are responsible for obtaining proper consent from customers and handling data subject rights (access, deletion, portability, etc.)
- Loyaloo is not responsible for how business owners manage, use, or protect customer data within their loyalty programs
- Loyaloo is not responsible for data breaches, unauthorized access, or misuse of data by business owners
For questions about how your data is handled by a specific business, contact that business directly. Loyaloo provides the platform only and does not control individual business data practices.
6. Cookies and Analytics
We may use cookies or basic analytics tools to improve performance and user experience. These do not collect personal data.
7. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all related data by contacting contact@loyaloo.app.
Deleting your account permanently removes all information associated with it.
